Role Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant to the Quotations Manager to join our team on-site in Surrey, BC. This is a full-time role that involves supporting the Quotations Manager with administrative tasks such as organizing and preparing quotations, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records. The assistant will also provide clerical and executive administrative assistance, communicate with clients and team members, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including organizing and managing documents and schedules
  • Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for effective interactions with clients and team members
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and providing high-level support to management
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
