Training will be provided for the Office Assistant with responsibilities that include: *
- Answering phones
- Processing payments
- Scheduling and maintaining patient health plans
- Managing office 'flow' and environment
- Outreach/PR
- Light cleaning duties
- Liaising with ICBC, WorkSafeBC, and other health professionals
Assistant Office Manager position will require a good grasp of the above duties and the following:
- Administration
- Shift scheduling
- Marketing and Sales
- Be able to see the bigger picture of our clinic and help achieve the goals
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Excellent judgement and strong problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organization skills with an ability to effectively multitask
- Ability to provide guidance and direction to others.
Specific training will be provided and is ongoing.
Training, start date and hours to be discussed during the interview.
Office Hours: Mon
- Friday 9am-6pm, Sat 8am
- 3pm
**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
