**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Supervise daily operations to ensure a smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Assist in training and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock management within the store.
- Conduct interviews for potential new hires and assist in the onboarding process.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and reporting.
- Implement effective time management strategies to optimize staff scheduling and productivity.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop sales strategies that meet or exceed targets.
- Negotiate with vendors or suppliers as necessary to secure favorable terms for the store.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in store management or a supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong skills in supervising and training staff members effectively.
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and experience with POS systems.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors or suppliers when required.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong interpersonal skills.
- A passion for sales with a proven track record of achieving targets is a plus.
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
