We are proud to hire and retain aspirational leaders who are driven to achieve great things and are recognized for their entrepreneurial spirit. **Job summary**: We are looking for a highly motivated, skilled, and passionate Paid Media Specialist to work on our paid media activities including paid search, shopping, social, display programmatic, and attribution, to grow our North American digital traffic and revenues, and extend our brands globally. You should have a love for fashion, trends, search insights, social media, marketing campaigns, marketing tactics, marketing angles, ads, hooks, funnels, customer acquisition, customer retention, segmentation, personalization, you name it You should have a strong creative flair supported by a strong desire to dig into data and results, to continually test and optimize our paid media strategies and programs. Your objective is to increase ecommerce and store traffic, as well as our brand presence both online and in-store, ultimately resulting in an increase in transactions and revenues. **Key responsibilities**: - Manage paid search, shopping, display, social campaigns and programs for Groupe Dynamite; - Create ads, review performance and optimize campaigns, sub-campaigns and bid strategies on an on-going basis; - Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights to maximize performance; - Assist in optimizing content for paid search, shopping, display and social campaigns - with strong focus on AB content testing; - Continuously improve and optimize our conversions funnel based on campaigns performance targeting each stage of the buyer’s journey. - Work with our marketing and creative teams to ensure optimal performance of our paid media programs - with focus on paid search, shopping, social and display to drive traffic to our online store pages, as well as our 300+ physical store locations; - Work with CRM to develop advanced customer segmentation for targeting, as well as list exclusions, etc.; - Leverage GA and CRM data to measure true impact of paid media efforts in terms of omni channel sales, while cross referencing against platform ROAS and develop multi touch channel attribution models; - Update and improve product feeds, items sets and product categories; - Work with strategic partners such as Google, Facebook, Snapchat, Tiktok and others to stay abreast of the latest trends in the industry in North America through constant research, article reading, webinars and industry events. **Qualifications**: - 2-3 years retail experience; - 4-5 years paid media program management; - Experience in setting up and manage campaigns in key platforms - Google Ads, Microsoft ads, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok and more; - Experience with the Google 360 suite (an asset) - Ability to extract actionable insights from Google Analytics; - Experience with GA4 (an asset) - Help develop attribution and measurement models across all marketing efforts including, but not limited to, OOH influencer and ambassador programs, etc.; - Help build out reporting on an LTV/CAC perspective - Help find arbitrage and/or alternative "out of the box" marketing opportunities that would align with our brands. - Proficiency in Google Suite (Google sheets, Google slides, Google docs); - Strong understanding of content and AB content testing strategies; - Google ads certification (an asset); - Facebook Marketing Blueprint certification (an asset); Over and above a competitive salary and bonus plan, registered retirement savings, and flexible group insurance with personalised coverage that meets your needs, you will be at the forefront of a growing organisation that understands the importance of investing in people.You and your family can enjoy our employee discount at Garage and Dynamite, private sample sales throughout the year and many other exciting perks, including a very flexible vacation program. **Our promise** No day will be like the last - we aim to be better today than we were yesterday.
