Content Creator

**Job Overview**
We are a growing e-commerce company looking for a **creative, and results-driven Content Creator & Digital Marketing** to join our team.

**Responsibilities**

**Content & Social Media**
- Create, plan, and publish content across all social platforms (Meta, TikTok,, YouTube, etc.).
- Organize all content (photos, videos, captions, briefs) into clear, accessible folders to support long-term strategy and campaigns.
- Engage daily with our community through comments, DMs, and other interactions to build strong relationships and brand loyalty.
- Produce original content (photos, videos, Reels/TikToks, stories, captions) that:

- Showcases our products
- Reflects our brand voice and visual identity
- Collaborate with influencers and customers to develop UGC and ambassador programs: outreach, negotiation, content collection, reposting, and performance tracking.
- Edit Reels, TikToks, and photos to maintain a cohesive, high-end visual aesthetic and storytelling style.

**Digital Marketing & Performance**
- Launch and manage paid campaigns on **Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads**.
- Optimize website and content for **SEO** to increase organic traffic.
- Track and analyze key e-commerce KPIs:
Traffic - Average order value - Conversion rate - Return rate - customer feedback
- Prepare simple performance reports and suggest concrete actions to improve results (creative tests, landing pages, offers, audiences, etc.).

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in content marketing or digital marketing roles.
- Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite (including Illustrator),
- Familiarity with social media management tools (such as Hootsuite or Buffer) and social media marketing strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
- Understanding of e-commerce environments and how digital marketing supports online sales growth.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $43,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
