We are currently looking for a tech-savvy **Junior Digital Growth Manager** with superior e-commerce and digital marketing skills and fluent in Spanish.

Reporting to the Head of International Markets, you are responsible for coordinating paid and unpaid marketing initiatives in your market with the objective of growing brand awareness and sales across a portfolio of brands.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform market research and competitor analysis;
- Manage local social media channels, taking into account retailer and distributor sales objectives;
- Implement PPC strategies to grow brand awareness and conversions, including Google Search, Display, YouTube and Facebook paid marketing campaigns;
- Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Search console;
- Plan a dedicated marketing budget and monitor marketing spend accordingly;
- Coordinate non-digital marketing activities in the market, including in-store shop fits, events and public relations;
- Partner with other departments across the company, including sales and marketing teams, as well as external stakeholders such as retailers and distributors.

**Skills, Competencies & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, e-commerce or related field
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, and terminology
- Experience working with transactional and non-transactional websites (an asset)
- Strong Excel and analytical skills needed
- Knowledge of Google, Facebook and YouTube advertising platforms (Google and Facebook certifications are a strong asset)
- Excellent written English and Spanish (a third language is an asset)
- Adaptable, self-reliant, solution-oriented and strong attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing and dynamic environment

**Experience**:

- 1+ years experience in some combination of e-commerce, social media and paid digital marketing.
- B2C marketing experience (an asset)
- Experience using Facebook Ads, Google Ads and similar third-party campaign management tools
- Experience with WordPress and Shopify content management systems (an asset)
- Experience living in or working in international markets (an asset)

Nous recherchons actuellement **un(e) Gestionnaire Junior, Croissance Numérique **ayant des compétences supérieures en e-commerce et marketing numérique et bilingue en Espagnol.

Se rapportant au Chef des Marchés Internationaux, vous serez responsable de coordonner des initiatives payées et non-payées dans votre marché avec l’objectif d’augmenter la notoriété de la marque et les ventes à travers un portfolio de marques.

**Responsabilités**:

- Réaliser des études de marché et des analyses de la concurrence ;
- Gérer les canaux de médias sociaux locaux, en tenant compte des objectifs de vente des détaillants et des distributeurs ;
- Mettre en œuvre des stratégies PPC pour accroître la notoriété de la marque et les conversions, y compris les campagnes de marketing payant Google Search, Display, YouTube et Facebook ;
- Contrôler les performances des campagnes à l'aide d'outils tels que Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager et Search console ;
- Planifier un budget marketing dédié et contrôler les dépenses marketing en conséquence ;
- Développer et exploiter les canaux locaux de marketing par courriel à l'aide d'outils tels que Mailchimp ;
- Coordonner les activités de marketing non numérique sur le marché, y compris les ajustements en magasin, les événements et les relations publiques ;
