**The Role**:
We are seeking an SEM Marketing Specialist who is passionate about driving growth and enhancing patient acquisition through targeted search engine marketing strategies. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to take the next step in their career with potential for significant professional growth, including stock options.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge SEM campaigns to increase visibility and drive patient acquisition.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align SEM strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Manage ad spend to ensure maximum ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with SEM trends and health sector regulations to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in SEM/PPC campaign management.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics.
- Excellent analytical skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Bilingual (English/French) proficiency is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
