We are seeking a **results-driven Trucking Manager** to lead our trucking division. This role is equal parts **sales leader and fleet operations manager**,responsible for generating revenue, growing client relationships, and ensuring our fleet of 30+ trucks operates at peak efficiency. If you’re passionate about sales, logistics, and keeping trucks moving, this is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive revenue growth through **sales, business development, and customer relationship management**.
- Promote trucking services to new and existing clients, identifying opportunities for additional work.
- Ensure **maximum fleet utilization** by coordinating scheduling, dispatch, and logistics of dump trucks, slingers, and lowbeds.
- Monitor fleet performance and implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce downtime.
- Build and maintain short
- and long-term resource plans for staffing and equipment.
- Provide strong leadership to our team of Drivers, including recruitment, training, and performance management.

**Key Qualifications**
- 5+ years of proven success in **sales, business development, or client management**.
- 5+ years of experience in **team leadership or operations management**.
- Experience in the trucking, logistics, or construction industry is a strong asset.
- Class 3 or 1 DL is a strong asset.
- Solid computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) with the ability to use scheduling/dispatch software.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
