Atlas Junk is looking for motivated, team-oriented people to join our growing Full-Service Truck Crews. Atlas Junk is the top-rated disposal service in Victoria with over 400, 5-star reviews. Our goal is to provide our customers with a seamless service experience from start to finish.

Atlas provides junk pick-up and disposal services to thousands of clients every year. Our services range from single item pick up, to clearing out an entire house, back yard or office of unwanted 'junk'. This position will allow you to work in a wide variety of places around Victoria, meet many interesting people, and improve your customer service, driving and cost estimating skills in the process.

Our business operates Monday - Saturday and we offer 4 day work weeks (4 X 8 -10 hour shifts) meaning you'll have up to 3 days off to enjoy doing whatever you like to do

**POSITION TYPE**:
Full Time (4 days a week, up to 5 days)

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Class 5 Drivers License (Full)
- Good Time Management.
- Reliable & Hardworking.
- Have a positive attitude.
- Ability to problem-solve and perform professionally in a customer service role
- Enjoy working outdoors.
- Can lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly

**DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES**:

- Working as a two person truck team you'll operate one of our Atlas mini dump trucks (no special license required) to the various job and disposal sites around Victoria.
- Once on-site at a clients property - Provide on-site estimates and communicate material details, providing friendly and professional service.
- Load various materials from a client's home, yard, or business into the truck - sorting for proper disposal, recycle, and donation.
- Accept payments on-site using a wireless point of sale machine.
- Recording detailed job and vehicle maintenance data.

**COMPENSATION**:

- $22 - $25 per hour + Daily TIPS (equating to an additional $1.50-2.50 / hour on average)
- Dental and extended medical (massage, physio, chiro, acupuncture etc) after 6 months.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
