Amplify Management Group was created with two goals in mind; support small business owners so they can get back to what they do best and support women in business in creating the work life they want and deserve.

Amplify is looking for an ambitious self starter who is driven to learn more while working in our fast-paced service and warranty department. Working with clients and internal staff to manage requests, process billing and coordinate scheduling efficiently and effectively.

Work will be completed remotely however to best support our clients, it is important you be located in either Calgary or in the East Kootenays.

**Areas of Work**

Order Entry
- Entering and managing orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Managing documents and records using MS Office
- Scheduling inspections with builders, homeowners and internal staff

Accounts Receivable
- Processing billing and invoicing
- Transferring material in accounting system
- Reviewing time entry

Other
- Providing general administrative support as needed

**Suitability**
- Post secondary in business administration preferred
- 3 to 5 years administrative/coordination experience required
- Construction industry knowledge an asset
- Technologically savvy - can pick up new computer programs in a heartbeat
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ambition to grow with the role
- Multitasking is second nature
- Excellent skills working with Excel, Word, Google Docs/Drive, etc.
- Bring a positive mental attitude to all you do
- Organized and not afraid of a challenge
- Preference given to those in the Calgary or East Kootenay area

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
