We take pride in partnering with designers, contractors, and homeowners to bring stunning lighting packages to life. **Position Overview**: **Key Responsibilities**: - Work out of the showroom to meet with clients, present product options, and close sales. - Build and maintain relationships with designers, contractors, and other key industry professionals. - Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including generating and following up on leads. - Collaborate with clients to create tailored lighting packages for residential and commercial projects. - Stay informed about industry trends and product innovations to effectively advise clients. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project details. - Participate in networking events, industry trade shows, and other opportunities to build connections and grow the business. **Qualifications**: - Proven experience in sales, preferably within the lighting, building supplies, or home design industry. - Strong "hunter" mentality with a track record of securing new business. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to understand client needs and provide customized solutions. - Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. - Experience working with design professionals and contractors is a significant asset.
