The Showroom Manager and Project Coordinator is a leader in the showroom and ensures customer projects are completed. This role generates purchase orders, approves daily invoices, and creates monthly reports. The role coordinates installations, including communicating changes to projects, sending confirmation and invoices to clients, and monitoring back-ordered items and accessories.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist consumers and trade professionals with design solutions for their projects.
- Manage 4-6 team members, conduct progress reviews
- Coach and train design consultants and sales support, providing leadership, especially to junior designer representatives.
- Monitor the progress of projects and contact clients about their delivery satisfaction.
- Generate purchase orders, approve invoices, and process customer payments and refunds.
- Develop a business plan to ensure that there is a continuous growth of traffic within the showroom.
- Identify and execute creative solutions for attracting specific audiences and demographics to the Showroom.
- Partner with the marketing department to track and manage leads from the showroom
- Track delivery dates, communicate to manufacturing on back orders, and follow up.
- Accept and process packing slips and review installers' completion reports.

**The Showroom Manager may perform other duties delegated by Management.**

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Leadership experience with a small/mid-size group of employees.
- Project management experience and organizational skills.
- Kitchen cabinet industry experience is considered an asset.
- 3+ years of customer service experience.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office programs).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and time management skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Good attention to detail and multitasker
- Excellent customer de-escalation and conflict resolution skills.

**SALARY EXPECTATIONS**:$60,000 - $70,000 annually depending on experience
