We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative for our Surrey branch. Under the supervision of the Assistant Branch Manager, the Showroom Advisor is a front facing role that will offer top of the line service to our customers. This individual aims to develop new customers and continue to provide solutions to existing ones.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively listen to customer needs and advise on best product fit.
- Develop customer relationships and add value and support to the client base.
- Proactively develop sales leads and opportunities.
- Enter customer orders into ERP.
- Communicate with the warehouse team to coordinate in person orders.
- Ensure the showroom is kept clean and always organized.
- Follow up with customers to ensure service levels are met.
- Maintain updated information for customer records, prospects, and proposals through CRM.
- Update customers on products, modifications, changes, and enhancements.
- Offer positive contributions to our culture and business environment.
- Represent Marathon with dignity and respect.
