**OFFICE COORDINATOR**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor.

- Sample Management: Maintain and organize the Company’s multiple product samples in the storage areas.
- Shipping Management: Support requests for shipping spare parts, samples and general products according to indications from stakeholders.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Proven experience as an Office Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
- Ability to lift up to 22 pounds/10 kg occasionally.
- Fluent in both French & English is essential.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.

**COORDINATEUR DU BUREAU**
**RESPONSABILITÉS**:
- Accueillir et aider les visiteurs, les clients et les employés avec un comportement amical et professionnel.

- Veiller au respect des politiques et procédures de l'entreprise.
- Coordonner les rénovations et les déménagements de bureaux, le cas échéant.
- Veiller à la propreté et à l'organisation des bureaux, y compris des espaces communs et des salles de réunion.
- Favoriser un environnement de travail positif et répondre rapidement à toute question ou préoccupation.
- Gestion des échantillons : Maintenir et organiser les multiples échantillons de produits de l'entreprise dans les zones de stockage.
- Gestion des expéditions : Répondre aux demandes d'expédition de pièces détachées, d'échantillons et de produits généraux en fonction des indications fournies par les parties prenantes.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Diplôme de fin d'études secondaires ou équivalent de préférence.
- Expérience confirmée en tant que coordinateur de bureau, assistant administratif ou dans une fonction similaire.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite.
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Solides capacités organisationnelles et multitâches.
- Capacité à traiter des informations sensibles avec discrétion.
- Aptitude à résoudre les problèmes et ingéniosité.
- Capacité à soulever jusqu'à 10 kg à l'occasion.
- La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est essentielle.
- Attitude positive et capacité à travailler en équipe.
