At Novisto, we are a technology startup that is growing rapidly. In order to ensure our employee experience, we are looking for a dynamic and empathetic professional to join our team. In this role, you will be in charge of overseeing the day to day office operations and to offer support to a variety of teams. You will also be responsible for events planning and coordination and making sure that we are able to deliver memorable experiences for our employees.

**Your responsibilities will include**
- Manage all aspects of the office environment. This will require you to physically be in office 5 days a week.
- Manage inventory supplies and restocking of stationery, snacks, office supplies, etc.
- Oversee facilities requests for the building (refurbishments, keys, repairs, security system, etc.);
- Coordinate the elaboration and execution of all Novisto social events in collaboration with the Head of People & Culture and the social committee.
- Manage event budgets and contracts.
- Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and any special events logistics.
- Help manage the calendar of the CEO and modify the schedule based on priorities.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics including equipment shipping.
- Coordinate travel arrangement by working with hotels and airlines to ensure an efficient and cost sensitive process including marketing requests.
- Receive and sort mail and packages and help coordinate marketing sent out requests for specific campaigns.
- Other administrative support tasks as necessary.

**What we're looking for**
- One year minimum of administrative experience.
- Empathetic, authentic, social individual who is passionate about working with diverse people;
- Natural ability to build relationships;
- Excellent verbal and communication skills (Bilingualism French and English);
- Superior work ethic and able to work efficiently with cross-functional teams;
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Good knowledge of Software Applications - Gmail, Excel, Powerpoint.
