As we gear up for our busy season, we’re looking for a skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team and help us deliver outstanding service to our clients.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Scheduling**: Manage and schedule landscaping jobs efficiently using our CRM system.
- **Invoicing**: Prepare and send invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
- **Basic Bookkeeping**: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks to ensure financial records are up to date.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain and update client information and job details in our CRM system.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive experience with MJ Landscapers.
- **Team Collaboration**: Participate in weekly check-ins and meetings (both in-person and remote) with the owner to stay aligned with company goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience with invoicing, basic bookkeeping, and scheduling is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a quiet, distraction-free home office environment.
- A proactive problem-solver who can make decisions and take initiative.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
- Must be located in Oakville, ON.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

**Experience**:
