**In this role you’ll find yourself doing these tasks**:

- Being part of the Projects team responsible for designing and implementing solutions to meet clients’ needs
- Cloud(M365) and on-premise migrations
- Advanced networking setups and maintenance
- Working on and escalated Helpdesk tickets
- Mentoring techs and helping grown their skills
- Provide clear communication to clients both verbally and written
- Create\Update documentation of procedures, run books and network configurations
- Managing and recording all work through our Ticketing System
- Identify, Communicate and Mitigate potential risks

**Technical Skills and Accreditations**:

- Strong understanding of hardware, software and networking systems
- Microsoft, CompTIA or other industry certifications an asset
- Active Directory and Microsoft 365 user management
- Understanding of network fundamentals (TPC\IP, Routing, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, etc.) including network troubleshooting for connectivity issues using tools such as PING, NSLOOKUP and NETSTAT

**Must Have**:

- Post-Secondary education with a minimum of 5 years related experience
- CLASS 5 driver’s license and vehicle for daily use
- Criminal Record Check
- Reside in Victoria BC, Vancouver BC or Lethbridge AB
- Occasional off-hours and on-call work to meet IT system demands
- Experience with ticketing systems, Hyper-V, Azure, and VoIP considered an asset

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: $68,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
