**Intermediate Systems Administrator**

RebalanceMD is seeking to add a full-time member to our IT team. RebalanceMD is a leading-edge health care business that is enabled by innovative IT solutions - and we are looking to build out our IT team to support rapid growth.

In addition to ongoing administration and support, our new team member will be presented with opportunities for IT project work to support our growth and expansion priorities.

**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Internal IT role working in a small team with shared responsibilities.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests using an IT ticketing system
- Providing technical support for all clients (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Create, maintain and update technical documentation for our IT systems.
- Onsite and Remote, proactive and reactive network and server support
- Flexible working hours to accommodate the occasional change that requires business interruption. Including some out of hours work and weekend work on occasion.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server.
- Experience managing Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, MS Azure cloud services, and other Microsoft products
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- 5+ years working within a system administrator role.

**OTHER DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Experience managing LAN/WAN, virtual environments, storage, backup, and security technologies.
- Experience troubleshooting, testing, implementing software and hardware solutions.
- Experience troubleshooting Dell/Lenovo Devices
- One or more technical certifications or comparable experience.

Any IT Certifications may be considered a plus. Medical industry experience would be great, but not required. Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
