Business Systems Analyst

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensures that the corporate business systems continue to meet the internal needs of Quartech employees and contractors, and ultimately our clients, now and into the future.
- Maintains a thorough understanding of business systems analysis, business systems mapping, business process improvement, and change management activities
- Plans, integrates, expands, maintains, and documents business systems, including SharePoint deployments, CRM, and/or ERP systems
- Configures and develops solutions using Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations
- Develops and maintains reports using Microsoft Power BI
- Gathers and documents business, system and functional requirements, mapping current and future states of business systems and business processes
- Leads and contributes to business systems projects and initiatives and reports on project metrics
- Conveys technical information to non-technical audiences
- Provides business systems support and training to Quartech employees as needed
- Works collaboratively with fellow IT team members, and other department teams
- Reports on project statuses, issues, risks, and system metrics
- Contributes to infrastructure projects and initiatives as needed
- Performs other IT-related duties as assigned

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education in information systems or equivalent combination of experience and related training or education; must be committed to ongoing professional development
- 5+ years' experience as a business systems analyst or equivalent job role
- Proven experience with core business systems within a Microsoft environment
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations and CRM
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 implementations or migrations including Sites would be an asset
- Microsoft Power Platform experience - (SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate) Familiarity with PowerApps, Power BI and Power Automate for creating reports and dashboards
- Proven experience with relational database management systems (RDMS), data querying, and data migrations
- SharePoint Online / 2013 / 2010 experience, including new implementations, migrations, site administration, maintenance and support
- Strong team player willing to share knowledge and learn from others
