**Job description**
- Ensuring courteous, efficient, and quality guest service at the front desk
- Full understanding of Best Western guest loyalty and other related programs
- Coordination and communication with different departments - Maintenance, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Night Audit, and Sales to ensure the smooth flow of accurate information
- Assist in all day-to-day operations of the front desk

**Expectations and Requirements**:

- Following up on all guest-related issues and concerns and finding a resolution to any problems
- Punctual for all shifts and appropriately attired with the required uniforms, name-tag.
- Understanding of Property Management Systems as well as Microsoft Office-related software. Absolute attention to detail in all transactional events and recording accurate data in the Property Management System. Accurately maintaining Guest Profiles in the Property Management System
- Responsible for the accurate assignments of rooms and suites for all guests, keeping in mind the preferred status of Best Western Rewards guests and their needs.
- Balancing of all cash and credit and debit transactions during the shift and completing all the required paperwork for audit purposes
- All additional duties assigned by management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.75-$17.55 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Hotel front desk: 1 year (preferred)
