Front Desk Agent – Bring the Fun & Smiles to Our Front Desk

What You'll Be Doing:

Be the first friendly face guests see when they arrive

Check guests in and out using our simple booking system

Share info about all the fun things happening around the hotel

Help families feel welcome, from toddlers to grandparents

Answer phones, respond to questions, and make magic happen

Keep the lobby looking great and full of good vibes

Work closely with housekeeping and other departments to keep everything running smoothly

You're a Great Fit If You:

  • Are outgoing, friendly, and love chatting with people
  • Can handle busy days with a smile (and maybe a coffee)
  • Have great communication skills and basic computer knowledge
  • Love kids and don't mind a little bit of noise and fun
  • Can work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Have previous hospitality or customer service experience (a plus, not a must)
