Job description

Distex M&M Inc. is a leader in the distribution of equipment for commercial and institutional kitchens. Our company, located in Dorval, is in full expansion and we are looking for a Customer service representative to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times;
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels;
- Maintain the parts department stock and replenish it;
- Update parts breakdown of equipment;
- Answer client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability;
- Provide support to sales reps on the road;
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions and comments;
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process;
- Maintain customer profiles and information up to date;
- Follow up with deliveries and ensure invoices are done in a timely manner;
- Track client orders with carrier or freight forwarders.

Position Requirements:

- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent;
- Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment and in a team;
- Comfortable using computers (SAP Business One is an asset)
- Experience working with customer support;
- Dealing with various couriers;
- Bilingual (French/English a must);
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamic;
- A commitment to excellent customer service;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
