- Perform data entry to update customer records

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficiency in English; multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Ability to navigate computer systems with ease
- Experience in sales or upselling preferred
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and call handling procedures

We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients receive outstanding service from the moment they walk in until their appointment ends.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients warmly and manage appointment scheduling.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist with product sales and promotions.
- Collaborate with barbers to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
