**What You’ll Do**
- Provide friendly, efficient support and resolve customer inquiries
- Accurately process orders and maintain customer records
- Collaborate with our fantastic team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Keep things running like clockwork—with a smile

**What You Bring**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience (an asset, but not required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay cool under pressure
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and customer service tools
- Ability to multitask—handling data entry, instant messaging, and phone calls with ease
- A coachable, open-minded attitude—ready to learn and follow instructions without ego
- Upbeat energy and a team-first mindset
