**Duties and responsibilities**

1. Communicate with customers professionally and efficiently & take care of communication needs between our current clients and the company.

2. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

4. Present and discuss company products and services with current and potential customers. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

5. Provide day-to-day support to our team with other administrative tasks which may include quality and safety committee, creating packing slips, purchasing activities, etc. and general management of the day-to-day activities.

6. Manage multiple objectives and tasks simultaneously, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities as set forth by planning. Multi-tasking with strong follow up and follow through.

8. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Record the details.

9. Needs to be skilled in project management of multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish, including self-follow up with customers and vendors.

10. Work well in a team environment and have the ability to communicate needs and objectives with all team members in order to strategize together to maintain deadlines.

11. Daily duties including but not limited to:
Entering Orders

Follow up with production & attend production meetings.

Update Sales Representative

Update Customers

Tracking Deliveries

**This Position Requires**:

- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Strong Computer Skills
- MS Office Suite proficiency
- Attention to detail - high level
- Excellent Administrative & organizational skills
- High school diploma or above

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
