**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Oversee clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records
- Assist with bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking
- Support payroll processing and human resources functions such as onboarding, training & development, and employee record management
- Coordinate vendor management activities, including processing orders and maintaining supplier relationships
- Supervise administrative staff and coordinate team management efforts to ensure productivity
- Maintain office supplies inventory and manage vendor relationships for office needs
- Assist with budgeting tasks and financial reporting as needed
- Ensure adherence to company policies regarding phone etiquette, confidentiality, and professional conduct
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in office administration or related roles with strong clerical and organizational skills
- Supervising experience or team management skills preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience with front desk operations and multi-line phone systems
- Knowledge of human resources processes including payroll, onboarding, and training & development
- Familiarity with bookkeeping practices and vendor management
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
- Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Office experience combined with strong phone etiquette skills is highly desirable
Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
