Luma is on the lookout for a talented and ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team

Please note: This can be a remote role from BC, Canada or a Remote / Hybrid role anywhere in Australia.

**You Can**
- Work with the Talent Acquisition team to Identify recruiting needs against current and upcoming project pipelines
- Develop recruiting strategies and initiatives to identify top talent and retention
- Develop and maintain high-level relationships with other studios for reverse recruiting strategies and private education providers to source junior talent, globally
- Review, analyze, and be well-versed with hiring trends, salaries, and relevant industry news to advise and develop recommendations on current hiring needs and initiatives
- Participate in process improvement initiatives, projects and recruitment events Above all, be a great ambassador for the company

**You Have**
- 5+ years experience a full-cycle recruitment
- Strong knowledge of the VFX, Animation and/or tech community
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external professionals
- A consultative approach to recruitment; a strategic thinker who brings a problem-solving mindset to any challenge throughout the problem solving process
- A multichannel approach to recruitment; inbound, outbound, referrals, events etc.
- The ability to multitask while keeping a high level of attention to detail and organization
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in one-on-one and large group scenarios
- A highly motivated, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
- The love for taking initiative, responsibility, and ownership for your work
- Strong Critical thinking and decision making skills
- Experience with championing diversity, equity and inclusion programs or initiatives
- The ability to be an advocate for our values - Act with integrity, Be Reliable, Push for Excellence & Above all Else - Have Heart.
