As a **Talent Acquisition Specialist**, you will play a key role in devising staffing strategies to attract and retain talents to support the company's staffing requirements across, by leading various processes in the recruitment cycle. You are an innovative and critical thinker who is keen on problem solving and developing solutions. You are also confident in exploring new ideas for improving processes.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Perform the full-cycle recruiting process, including the preparation of job postings, sourcing and screening, scheduling, interviewing, preparing offers, administrative duties, background checks and recordkeeping
- Work primarily with the management team in assessing ongoing staffing requirements.
- Assist in facilitating on-boarding for new employees
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations, along with company policies and procedures with respect to recruiting practices.
- Assist in brainstorming, identifying and implementing ongoing improvements to processes.
**Core qualifications and skills**:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or relevant field
- 2-3 years of recruitment experience in a recruitment role
- Solid knowledge of applicant sourcing techniques
- Results-driven with a track record in setting and hitting ambitious targets
- Strong sense of urgency with impeccable time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple roles and tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with team members and hiring managers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS)

**Salary**: $65,000.00 per year
