- Experience with the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB) and Refugee Protection Division (RPD) is **strongly preferred**

**Job Duties**

As an Immigration Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting regulated immigration consultants and legal professionals. Responsibilities include:

- Supporting files related to hearings before the IRB and RPD, including preparing disclosure documents and scheduling interviews
- Drafting client correspondence, legal forms, and supporting documentation
- Coordinating and scheduling client meetings, consultations, and interpreter services
- Reviewing and organizing case files for accuracy and completeness
- Communicating with clients to collect required documentation and provide status updates
- Monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely submission of documents
- Maintaining case management system and updating client records

**Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities**
- Fast-paced office environment
- Ability to manage high-volume caseloads
- Requires attention to detail and adherence to tight deadlines
- Must work well under pressure

**Eligibility to Apply**

You **must** be legally authorized to work in Canada. This includes:

Pay: $15.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
