**US Immigration Associate Lawyer**

This position requires a strong understanding of immigration law and policy and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. It also requires a strong understanding of client management with advising and strategy and the ability to work with mínimal supervision. Attention to detail and superior communication skills, both verbal and written, are critical skills for this position. The position requires a detail-oriented and motivated self-starter with a sense of urgency and excellent client management skills.

**About You**:

- Demonstrated interest and experience US immigration law
- Superior legal research and writing skills
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Experience and excellence in complex legal analysis
- Ability to manage many cases simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to engage respectfully with clients from a variety of cultural and economic backgrounds
- Enthusiasm for working in a modern office and using technology to improve the delivery of legal services
- You employ creative, innovative strategies to help clients
- You work quickly and efficiently while producing high-quality work
- You want to work in a systems-oriented law firm that prides itself on efficient turnarounds on cases or less

- You are a lawyer who is highly experienced and who needs little to no supervision

**Responsibilities**:

- Strong oral advocacy and troubleshooting skills in assisting clients
- Ability to keep up to date with changes in the law
- Preparation of presentations for corporate clients
- Ensure precedents are correct and up to date according to any recent changes in the law
- Propose a plan of action or appropriate strategies
- The lawyer will have an active engagement in billing
- Professional and ethical
- Team Player

**Qualifications**:

- Law degree along with a US License
- Excellent organizational, verbal/written communication skills
- Effective problem-solving skills are necessary to work with all levels of staff and clients
- Superior legal research and writing skills
