Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Immigration Consultant to join our team. As an Immigration Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients navigating the immigration process. **Duties**:

- Conduct consultations with clients to assess their immigration needs and determine the appropriate course of action
- Stay up-to-date with immigration laws, regulations, and policies to ensure accurate and timely advice
- Assist clients in understanding the requirements and procedures for obtaining visas, work permits, permanent residency, and citizenship
- Communicate with government agencies, embassies, and consulates on behalf of clients
- Provide guidance on immigration options, eligibility criteria, and potential challenges
- Prepare clients for interviews and hearings related to their immigration cases
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress

Qualifications:

- RCIC-IRB License
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as an Immigration Consultant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Ability to negotiate effectively with government agencies on behalf of clients

Note: All positions at our company are paid positions.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
