**Job Summary**

CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice is a franchise bubble tea chain with over 4500 stores worldwide. We have opened 13 locations in Metro Vancouver for the last 5 years, and are opening more stores in the near future.

We are looking for an executive assistant to join our team and support our director. If you are an individual who is looking for a long-term career with opportunities to grow with the company and connect you with the community, this opportunity might be right for you.

As an executive assistant, you will manage mostly business related tasks for the team and this would be a great opportunity to utilize your administration, communication and organizational skills.

**Roles and responsibilities**
- Primary contact for all incoming phone calls and communications for the director
- Keeping the director’s professional and personal calendar up-to-date, including scheduling meetings, adding events, providing daily briefings and other demands on the director’s time.
- Act as a liaison for internal and external contacts, such as vendors, internal departments and other third parties
- Keep important documents and information organized.
- Organize team communications and plan events
- Provide general administrative support
- Assist in preparing for meetings and accurately recording meeting minutes
- Handle tasks and assignments as they arise
- Running errands
- Developing programs to increase morale, such as bonuses or top performer rewards
- Assist in training new employees and working with department heads to create training programs

**Skill and Qualifications**
- A self-starter with the ability to anticipate issues and proactively problem solve
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Ability to take initiative and work with limited supervision
- Be available after hours, on weekends and holidays as needed
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Has a degree/diploma or above in related field
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Google G-suite and Microsoft Office
- Strong people skills and leadership skills
- Strong organization, follow-thru and time management skills
- Willing to go above and beyond, enjoy challenges and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- 1-3 years of similar experience
