**The Role**:
We are looking for an **Executive Assistant **to join our team. The role of the EA is to provide administrative support to the Executive Team. Reporting to the VP of Talent & Culture (HR), the EA will be highly organized, reliable, trustworthy, and intuitive in delivering exceptional executive-level service This role is for you if you are someone who has a high attention to detail, is highly organized, LOVES to organize others, and possesses strong administration and prioritization skills.

**YOUR core responsibilities**:
- Professional Assistant to Senior Executive team including the Executive Chairman, CEO & President, and VP of Talent & Culture:

- Manage schedules and meetings.
- Prepare and format correspondence, communications, documents and reports.
- Support performance management process.
- Complete expense reconciliations.
- Book travel and arrange meals.- Assist Senior Director of Corporate Social Responsibility:

- Organize volunteer & Social Committee events.
- Be an active member of the Green Team and Social Committee.- Assist the Executive Team:

- Organize, schedule, and scribe for executive meetings, townhalls, National Sales Meetings, AGM and other meetings throughout the year.
- Complete expense reconciliations are required.
- Corporate travel booking for all employees.
- Oversee office and coffee supplies including budget management.
- Other ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned.

**What YOU BRING to Watson Gloves**:

- 5+ years as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Minimum secondary school with bonus points for higher education
- In-depth MS Office knowledge: Outlook, Excel, Teams, Power Point etc.
- Microsoft GP an asset
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Professional level written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization, attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to work with senior leadership and under tight deadlines
- Solutions-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Reliable, supportive, adaptable, trustworthy, intuitive and anticipatory
