**Job Summary**:
Under the supervision of the controller, the accounts payable technician will be responsible for the complete cycle of accounts payable from the receipt of invoices to the payment proposal.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter goods invoices with purchase orders
- Process service invoices and those without a purchase order
- Keep supplier records up to date
- Validate invoices to be paid according to the terms
- Reconcile credit cards
- Check and enter expense accounts
- Validate supplier tax numbers
- Make month-end reconciliations

**Experience (minimum experience required)**:

- Requirements:
- DEC in accounting
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position ideally in a manufacturing company
- Essential Bilingualism (French and English)
- Knowledge and abilities:
- MS Office especially Excel
- Compliance with objectives and timelines
- Concern for precision in the execution of tasks
- Ability to work in a team
