Under the responsibility of the Accounts Payable Supervisor, the Accounts Payable Clerk ensures the monitoring of accounts payable and diligently accomplishes related tasks entrusted to him.

**Responsibilities**
- Create and maintain supplier master data;
- Ensure the correct accounting of amounts in the general ledger accounts;
- Ensure the use of applicable payment discounts.
- Reconcile credit card accounts
- Ensure adequate and timely filing of invoices and other documents relating to accounts payable;
- Respond to any other request for information or processing related to accounts payable.

**Necessary skills and abilities**
- DEC in administration, accounting or finance;
- 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge of office tools (especially Excel spreadsheet);
- Having worked with an ERP system is an asset;
- Fluency in English and French (spoken and written);
- Be recognized for her analytical mind, her rigor and her teamwork;
- Have an excellent sense of responsibility and respect for deadlines.
