**Bar Manager - Greenhills Country Club**

**Job Type**: Full-Time (44 hours/week)

**About Us**

Greenhills Country Club is a premier private club in London, Ontario, known for its outstanding service and hospitality. Our club features multiple dining and beverage areas, including a **Café, Patio, Pub, Cocktail Lounge, Dining Room, and a large Clubhouse Bar**. Additionally, we operate an **on-course Hut**, serving beverages and BBQ items to golfers.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Bar Manager** to oversee all bar operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for our members and guests.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the bar team in providing exceptional service across all club locations.
- Serve and create high-quality drinks for customers and events.
- Hire, train, and schedule bar staff to maintain a professional and efficient team.
- Monitor and manage bar inventory, supplies, and ingredients, ensuring proper stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with **federal, provincial, and territorial liquor and food safety regulations**.
- Operate and oversee **Tee On POS system** for order management and payment processing.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar, equipment, and surrounding areas.
- Develop creative cocktail menus and seasonal promotions.
- Handle customer concerns, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable club atmosphere.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a **Bar Manager or similar leadership role** in the hospitality industry.
- **Smart Serve certification (required).**:

- Strong leadership, training, and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to **create traditional cocktails and develop new recipes**.
- Knowledge of **local liquor laws and enforcement**.
- Basic math skills and ability to track customer tabs and inventory costs.
- **Experience with Tee On POS system** (an asset but not required).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including **evenings, weekends, and holidays**.
