**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests.
- Manage inventory by restocking supplies as needed and keeping track of bar stock levels.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing basic math skills for processing payments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary, ensuring timely delivery of orders.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality by creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for all guests.
**Requirements**:
- Previous bartending experience preferred but not mandatory; experience in the food industry is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of basic math for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude towards guests and team members.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding hospitality to all patrons.
- Must be of legal drinking age as per local regulations.
