- Job Description Reporting to the General Manager
**The role is responsible for**: A Warehouse Bar Manager is responsible for ensuring that our beverage program is run in a consistent, profitable, and well-executed manner. We achieve this by training the bar team how to make drinks accurately and efficiently, maintaining precise inventory controls and keeping the entire team engaged in our beverage program.

**Main Duties**:
Responsible for training and testing all bartenders on the drink menu recipes.
Ensures guests are receiving a consistent product.
Encourage and reward bartenders that bring the high energy, party face and who are creating a fun atmosphere.
Ensuring that guests have a positive and memorable experience each time they visit and listen for feedback on the menu items and drink program.
Relay all menu feedback, positive and negative, to Beverage Director and GM.
Assist Beverage Director to develop plans to rectify any negative feedback.
Post and update team weekly on selling contests, KPIs and shoutouts.
Post monthly update on each feature change and corresponding contest prize.
Weekly ordering of products from multiple vendors, receiving orders and checking accuracy of delivery. Weekly inventory preparation including gathering all invoices for Bevinco and organizing the cooler, bar fridges and dry storage areas.
Analyze Bevinvo reports each week.
Providing coaching and feedback for the bar team.

**COST CONTROL**:
The Bar Manager must work closely with Bevinco to ensure an accurate beverage program. From time to time, they may be asked to participate in weekly inventories, or be present when they are occurring. The bar
manager will ensure all stock is well maintained and organized as well as all invoices scanned properly and have this ready for inventory so the Bevinco auditor can execute their role hassle free.
Once inventory is completed, the bar manager will review the report and analyze what they are showing such as trends, over/under pouring, drinks not being made correctly, spec check in squirrel, missing stock, etc. From
reviewing each weekly report, the bar manager will figure out what next steps need to be taken to rectify the errors. This could include spot checks, training sessions, bar cleans or other disciplinary actions.
**ADMIN**:
The bar manager will create all bar orders and maintain pars. You will use checklists and par sheets for orders from all vendors, grocery store items and alcohol suppliers.
**ENVIRONMENT**:
The bar manager will ensure the bar area is well maintained and safe for all staff. Any deficiencies in
equipment or surroundings are reported to General Manager or specific vendor to fix asap. You will also ensure all equipment is kept clean and sanitary and work with the bar team to ensure everyone is keeping this standard.
