Assistant General Manager

The El Furniture Warehouse AGM is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations of the store. The role is to ensure both staff and guests are the top priority and leave each day feeling appreciated and part of the team.

**Main duties**:
**Learning the Liquor Program**: How to order from all vendors,inventory, glassware, bar supplies and bar cost of goods.
Addressing any issue with bar inventory to FOH staff.
Promoting monthly drink feature, tracking sales and rewarding winner.
Ensures all FOH staff pass periodic drink and food menu testing.
Leads all promotions inside the venue and on social media platforms.
Assists GM in reaching all forecasted targets and goals.
Participates in weekly manager meetings.
Assists GM with performance management of all staff and follows up on PIPs.
Learning and Assisting in Makeshift scheduling of FOH staff.
Assists in leading and motivates a team of high energy, driven staff.

**About You**:
You have minimum 1 year or bar/restaurant manager experience
You are looking to grow your career in the hospitality industry
You are comfortable giving and receiving feedback
You like to have fun and are easy to get along with
