Do you have an entrepreneurial style, a focus of continuous improvement and an approach of driving results in the fastest growing channel in Grocery?

This Key Account Manager at Smucker Foods of Canada will develop, manage, and achieve desired business goals on all Smucker products on Amazon.ca and other E-Commerce customer platforms. This person will also lead the strategic thinking and direction of the E-commerce capability for Smucker’s Canada, leveraging Canadian and USA sales and marketing support.

Responsibilities include Catalog management, Analytics and Reporting, Forecast and Promotions Management and Customer / Channel Strategy.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS SUMMARY
- Achieve full line distribution for all Smucker products with emphasis on maximizing Sales Volume and Contribution Margin
- Establish and maintain frequent contact with Vendor Managers and work with self-service model of Amazon Vendor Central
- Ensure accuracy and availability of item content on customer platform, diagnose and optimize the shopper experience
- Work closely with Category Strategy Managers, Trade Spend Analysts, Marketing and Agency partners to execute business building plans for the account
- Forecast volume, plan and manage promotions and achieve desired Accounts Receivable and Trade Spending goals
- Develop customer insights for Brand Planning, program development and post promotion evaluation
- Develop & implement annual business plans including volume objectives, trade spending requirements, strategies which are consistent with Smucker brand and corporate strategies, opportunities and risks

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 to 5 years industry experience in Consumer-packaged goods and / or Ecommerce manufacturer / retailer specific experience
- Degree, Diploma or relevant experience required
- Previous Account Management or customer related experience an asset
- Understanding of interactive marketing and online media an asset
- Proven Leadership Skills and proven ability to execute strategic initiatives
- Excellent negotiating, assessment, and analytical abilities.
- Team and results oriented.
- Valid Class G driver’s licence
