**HR4U **is recruiting for a well-established and respected office and school supplies manufacturer in **Markham, ON**.
**Responsibilities**
- Strong focus on **account management **and outside sales
- Train retail dealer sales teams and support with sales assets
- Growth and development plans for key clients and markets
- Cultivate new relationships with prospective clients and foster existing relationships
- Manage and/or oversee sales activities including quotations, budget planning, client negotiations, order management and customer service
- Sales monitoring, analysis and reporting on sales activities
- Manage and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Merchandising
- Customer service
- Additional responsibilities as requested or required
**Requirements**:
- Ability to travel primarily within the GTA
- Outside sales experience (5+ years)
- Experience selling to retail and/or big box accounts
- Strong relationships with buyers
- Independent, motivated and energetic
- Client-centric philosophy
- Driver’s license
- Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
- Computer skills in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
- Excellent skills in Excel
- Experience with inventory/databases
**Salary**: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
