**Flexible Compensation Models** We understand the importance of flexibility for sales professionals and offer **three unique compensation structures** to match your career goals:
- **High Commission Only**: For those who want no limits. This model has no base salary but offers **exceptionally high commissions**.
- **Partnership Model**: Collaborate with us as a partner, sharing responsibilities and enjoying a **commission split** arrangement.
- **Base Salary + Commission**: A balanced model offering a partial base salary plus commission, combining stability with performance-driven rewards.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**: Actively **identify and pursue new business opportunities** through channels like social media, networking events, and cold calling.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, using CRM tools to **track and manage customer interactions** and progress.
- **Client Engagement**: Develop customized digital marketing solutions, ensuring client needs are met while fostering long-term relationships.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to **align on outreach strategies** and **collect customer feedback**.
