We are a respected and growing provider of dental supplies, proudly serving clinics and dental professionals across Canada. Our Vancouver office is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to lead our administrative operations and support our dynamic sales and logistics teams.
**Position Overview**
As the Office Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our Vancouver office, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and a positive team environment. You will oversee administrative processes, coordinate internal communications, and support customer service and operational logistics.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage daily office operations and administrative staff
- Maintain office organization, supplies, and equipment
- Support HR-related tasks
- Assist with customer service inquiries and coordination of orders and deliveries
- Liaise with vendors and service providers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Prepare internal reports and documentation as needed
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office management or administrative leadership
- Experience in a healthcare, dental, or distribution environment is a strong asset
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology
- Knowledge of QuickBooks, CRM systems, or inventory software is an asset
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced setting
