**Your tasks will consist mainly of**:

- Ensure an optimal level of inventory for the product categories under its responsibility, taking into account reception and storage capacities
- Define and maintain the supply parameters in line with the inventory management strategy
- Establish and maintain product sales forecasts in order to stock up properly
- Analyze and monitor performance indicators (inventory level, turnover rate, inventory budget, product status)
- Follow up with suppliers for all problems related to product reception;
- Manage supplier returns
- Ensure the updating in the system of information specific to the products
- Manage tour reports with stores
- Establish an action plan jointly with the negotiator: inventory surplus / long rotation
- Manage the listing of products in the system

**Qualifications and skills**:

- Have training in procurement (an asset)
- Have one (1) year of experience in fruit and vegetable management
- Proficiency in the Office suite (Word and Excel)
- Bilingualism (an asset)
- Have a sense of organization
- Ability to communicate
- Strong analytical sense
- Team spirit
- Initiative and autonomy
- Availability and flexibility
