In order to achieve our growth objectives and to complete our team, we are looking for a full-time permanent **office clerk**.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the purchasing department by restocking various products/parts;
- Create new products in the ERP system ensuring information accuracy;
- Maintain and update inventory, filing and correspondence;
- Process reports, requisition forms, receipts, expenses, and other similar information;
- Support departments with administrative tasks as needed (invoicing, expenses, deposits, sending account statements, etc.);
- Do various follow-ups at the customer service level;
- Open, sort and forward incoming mail;
- All other related tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English and French;
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
- Significant experience in a similar position;
- Professional stability.
