Relevant du président, le coordonnateur logistique est responsable de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, de la logistique et aide à la gestion des clients tout en garantissant la tenue cohérente des dossiers.

Responsabilités et devoirs du poste:

- Commandes de consommables (Amazon, Uline etc.);
- Maintient et ajuste les exigences en matière de tenue vestimentaire au besoin ;
- Négocie les prix des consommables ;
- Maintient et inventaire de tous les consommables et du cannabis ;
- Optimiser la chaîne d'approvisionnement et les processus logistiques ;
- Coordonne l’expédition/réception (courriers, transport, Postes Canada,);
- Génère des documents de chaîne de traçabilité, vérifie les bons de commande, met à jour l'inventaire entrant/sortant ;
- Réception et vérification des entrées/sorties (cannabis/non cannabis)
- Gérer différents fournisseurs qui ne respectent pas les exigences générales de l’entreprise.
- Communiquer avec les fournisseurs de cannabis pour organiser les expéditions ;
- Aider à générer des rapports clients basés sur l'inventaire ;
- Aider à la réception et à la vérification de RTV.
- Être en communication avec tous les départements pour assurer un flux d'informations cohérent.
- Maintient la sécurité de connexion/déconnexion

Qualifications professionnelles:

- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office
- Bilingue
- Organisé
- Connaissances en technologie (navigation sur le Web, compétences informatiques de base)
- Solutionneur de problèmes (proactif et réactif)
- Capacité à soulever des poids lourds (max 25 kg)
- Expérience du service client
- Capacité à prioriser les tâches
- Travailler indépendamment

The Logistics Coordinator will report to the President.

Job Overview:
Reporting to the President, the Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supply chain, logistics and assist with client management while ensuring records are consistently kept.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

- Orders consumables (Amazon, Uline etc.);
- Maintains and adjusts gowning requirements as needed;
- Negotiates pricing on consumables;
- Maintains and Inventory of all consumables and cannabis;
- Optimize supply chain and logistics processes;
- Coordinates Shipping/Receiving (couriers, transport, Canada Post,);
- Generates Chain of Custody documents, checking POs, updating inventory In/out;
- Receiving and verifying in/out (cannabis/ non cannabis)
- Managing different suppliers who don’t follow general company requirements.
- Communicate with cannabis suppliers to arrange shipments;
- Assist with generating client reports based off inventory;
- Assisting with RTV receiving and verification.
- Be in communication with all the departments to ensure consistent information flow.
- Maintains Security Log in/out

Job Qualifications:

- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Bilingual
- Organized
- Tech savvy (navigate the web, basic computer skills)
- Problem solver (proactive and reactive)
- Ability to lift heavy weight (max 25 kg)
- Customer Service experience
- Ability to prioritize tasks

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
