**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Investigate claims and determine coverage under a customer's policy
- Inform and educate customers about the claims process
- Process claims payments and ensure accurate information is captured within our claims system
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our customers and brokers

**_Requirements: _**
- 1-3 years of prior insurance industry experience or experience within a brokerage setting would be preferred.
- An

- undergraduate degree or Business Insurance diploma.tively pursuing CIP designation is an asset.
- Strong customer service skills
- Previous telephone and clerical experience
- Ability to work well under pressure with mínimal supervision
- Able to multi-task between a variety of responsibilities, projects, and deadlines
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Permanent, Full-Time**

**Hybrid**:This is a hybrid role that includes the flexibility to work remotely, but also regular in-person meetings in our Cambridge facility are expected (twice a week, Wednesday and Thursday).
