**Associate ClaimCare Advisor Auto**

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Investigate claims and determine coverage under a customer's policy
- Inform and educate customers about the claims process
- Process claims payments and ensure accurate information is captured within our claims system
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our customers and brokers

**_Requirements: _**
- 1-3 years of customer service experience is required
- Undergraduate or post-secondary degree is required
- Insurance industry experience, call center experience, or experience within a brokerage setting is preferred
- Actively pursuing your CIP designation is preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure with mínimal supervision
- Able to multi-task between a variety of responsibilities, projects, and deadlines
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Permanent, Full-Time**

**Hybrid**:This is a hybrid role that includes the flexibility to work remotely 3 days per week and in-person in our Cambridge facility 2 days per week (Wednesday and Thursday).
