**Associate Auto Claims Adjuster**

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Investigate claims and determine coverage under a customer's policy
- Inform and educate customers about the claims process
- Process claims payments and ensure accurate information is captured within our claims system
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our customers and brokers

**_ Requirements: _**
- **1-3 years of prior customer service experience**:

- Undergraduate or post-secondary degree is required
- **Insurance industry experience, call center experience, or experience within a brokerage setting is helpful**:

- Interested in pursuing a **CIP (Chartered Insurance Professional Designation)**:

- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- **Effective Communication Skills**: Ability to convey information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to ensure mutual understanding and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
- **Sound Judgment & Decision-Making Skills**: Capability to analyze situations, consider various perspectives, and make well-informed decisions
- **Strong Empathy**: Demonstrating a deep understanding of and sensitivity to the feelings, thoughts, and experiences of others, fostering a positive customer experience
- **Resilience**: Maintaining composure and a positive attitude in the face of challenges, setbacks, and stressful situations, while continuing to work towards achieving goals.
