**Description**:
Ayr Welding is a multi-service trade company. We offer a wide range of services including pipe welding, custom fabrication, millwrighting, process piping, electrical services, equipment handling and piping system installations.

**Responsibilities**:
**Core Responsibilities**:

- Manual weekly payroll processing for 75-85 workers (approx.)
- Accounts Payable
- Administrative support to other office staff

**Additional Activities include**:

- Manually reconcile worker timesheets and customer sheets
- Calculate Pay based on correct hourly wage.
- Verify attendance, hours worked and pay adjustments by speaking with workers and/or project managers.
- Enter payroll and payable information into Sage 50.
- Attendance and health and safety tracking.
- Pay suppliers monthly through Sage 50 by direct deposit and cheque

**Qualifications**

**Requirements**:

- Basic accounting knowledge
- Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office including excel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Sage 50
- Attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.50-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
